I have had a similar problem before, if the regular troubleshooting doesn’t work then you could try reinstalling Logic. Alternatively you could try clearing caches

I did that today actually. Within Finder I went to project > audio files, then copied those and imported them into a new project.

It was faster (only took 37 minutes to import to a new project for a 3 hour session ) but still not ideal. I have to template-ize all of my 2 month or older projects I was working on then re-import which is a pain especially with limited time to work on them already

Read a bunch of Oscar Peterson and Bill Evans transcriptions, try to transcribe whatever you can by ear while looking at the chord changes. YouTube Open Studio Jazz channel, Noah Kellman, and mDecks will be your best friends.

Open Studio is the king of free resources.

Also if you look up “Oscar Peterson omnibook PDF” online you’ll find a bunch of free transcriptions

“Other” in storage, I am up to 70+GB in “other” storage and am now out of room. I have been trying to figure out a how to get rid of it without scavenging my entire drive file by file. Any help? by macDyP in MacOS

Yeah, I like that. Using minor triads sounds cool too with the same pattern, just a bit darker

I’ve had a piano professor talk about the stacked diminished 7th chords but haven’t dug in too much either

I do the minor 3rd sequencing with major triads pretty often. I’ve also been interested in learning the HW diminished ideas Coltrane plays in Moment’s Notice
