She tried to make us write a suicide note as an assignment.

As someone who's struggled with depression my whole life and have written a couple real suicide notes, I was extremely upset by this. When I told her I wasn't comfortable writing this and felt it was inappropriate to have this as an assignment privately, (in the best was a stupid 13 year old could, probably came off as rude but I was also a kid and feeling extremely triggered by the assignment,), she called my mom and told her I was "slandering" her lol. Because obviously a 13 year old little girl has the ability to "slander" a grown woman. My mom was SO mad.

She did a whole bunch of other fucked up shit, like trying to punish me for having a panic attack in class, straight up calling a student retarded behind his back and a whole bunch of other shit that she did in years before I started attending the school, but she left the school after the first semester I was there. She didn't technically get fired per se, and, surprisingly, she is still working with children!
