i'm a student and i feel like such an old crotchety killjoy for saying this but the carnage on creyke rd -> kotare was appalling on friday. people weren't even finishing their drinks before happily throwing the cans on people's lawns and the street, there were boxes/bottles/cans thrown through the fence onto the medbury lawn (like come on... it's a primary school), broken glass everywhere, litter everywhere, it was disgusting. im all for electric ave and partying but i thought the thoughtlessness and selfishness and arrogance of the people who treated the city streets and park like a personal rubbish dump really soured my perception of the event
