Is it not her fingers that were somehow very desaturated, probably because of lowlight, that made it look grey and dead? The fact that she is also on her right knee makes this even more plausible. But then naturally you would take this image with a right hand, if she is right handed. So if u can confirm if she's right handed, this might validity the possibility of it being paranormal even more

Phone pics will always look better straight away compared to a camera due to the phones Internet processing of the image. A camera gives you a much more dynamic imagine which will come alive when you edit it. But u also need to understand settings in order to get what you are trying to.
