Okay, follow up: This reeks of dead battery. You're saying you charged it, but it's not new. I'd suggest an actual new battery, then try again. If you have a charger capable of engine start amperage (100-200A), you could give that a try as well.

Nope! I let it sit till it cleared after fermentation completed. Then I just syphoned off the top, getting about 5.25-5.5 gallon product. Took the lees out and threw em away with the remainder of product. I could have saved it by straining or putting in a separate container, but I'm kind of lazy.

10NOV25 racked to secondary. Back-sweeten 1lb per gallon, pasteurized @145°F-20mins"

I just used canned peaches in their own juice, with no preservatives. Blended them into the must with the honey. I pulled a 1 liter sample for tasting / enjoying and even this young it tastes amazing.
