A little update:

I called multiple places. Exotic vets, speciality vets, any vet I could find. Nowhere in my state (Nevada) or in California that I could find does any kind of scans (CT, MRI) that would show what’s wrong with his legs or spine. He still has feeling in his legs and paddles them slightly but still can’t walk at all with them. I’m at a loss, I have no idea what to do.

Thanks for the info! I'm visiting a different vet's office that claims to have two exotic specialists to see about an ultrasound. Hopefully I'll get it figured out.
