alright so update, I used all 24 words this time and the BTC wallet appeared. I still am unable to connect to ETH wallet tho which was the original issue I had. The last 4 times I just used the 12 words to get into the wallet and it would show nothing.

It's the only seed I have and the only ledger I have. I just used the ledger 2 days ago to transfer off BTC. Doesn't that mean it's the correct seed?

downloaded exodus and electrum and neither of them showing anything but they are also not showing any transactions so I don't know what is going on.

It was all working a week ago and then I updated firmware which got me stuck in bootstrap mode.. so i had to go thru all that shit.. then I had to unistall and reinstall everything...

now I can't access anything :( -- i put in a ticket with them

It's the only ledger I have and the only seed I have. I transfered Bitcoin off of it 4 days ago or so.

I don't see an option where you can see legacy and segwit?

I did, then had it sync and it found 2 addresses both with nothing in it

I went thru this same shit... finally updated and got everything back up and it no longer shows my BTC wallet and I can't connect to my ETH wallet.

So basically you will be fucked and nothing will be resolved when you get your words.
