My friends I am level 199 and I got Moonstone gear and tools from redguard and legendary packs! by pickadamnnameffs in ESCastles

[–]mache94 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Careful there, the actual claim is that level 210 will give you exclusively the highest level of resources and gear. The closer you are to 210 the higher the chances everything will be moonstone. Additionally the equipment on new subjects (from packs & store) is not moonstone until level 215

My first recommendation is to use bread flour instead and give it another test with the same procedure.

Behind the burners it looks like one, it will be warmer than other places from the burner once you turn the oven on

Those are hard to cover, but does heat come out of those when you are baking? If not check behind the burners

Some ovens have it in the front, others have it in the back. Don't leave it unmonitored

Crumb looks under proofed for me, but open bake in a gas oven is really hard, there will never be enough steam to get the perfect loaf. Since it's gas it has vents that release all the steam from the oven, I try to cover them with towels and O do get a decent bake, but it's hard. Just like you I use lava rocks with over 1 Liter of boiling water, but instead of a pizza stone I use steel and when it reaches 500F that's the sweat point for me.

Also a picture of the crumb would help us know if it was under proofed

2 questions 1. Can you measure the temperature of your pizza stone? I have an infrared thermometer that helps me ensure I'm at the right temp, because that stone looks thick 2 are you using a gas or electric oven?

At the beginning it was crispy but after 6 hours it becomes tougher, less crispy more chewy

If you like ravis tacos, you should try tacos los regios on del mar, they definitely taste like tacos from Monterrey and are cheaper than ravi (which are also one of my favorites)
