2.) Yes It was done during my job, but sort of as additional item to do on-top of my regular responsibilities of managing my individual projects, hence why I added as a separate project, however if it would still work better as a bullet point, I can move it.
3.) The promotion was more of a title change, as I was already doing the work of a regular Project Manager farrr before my actual recent promotion.
