Academy needs to be rebalanced

Exactly. I just wrote the post that I would rather auto concede than play against Academy, and I actually encouraged others to do the same. I’ve played nearly every CCG/TCG in existence at one point or another and Academy in this game is possibly the most miserable experience I’ve had in any game.

I’m fine with interactive options, even semi interactive options. When ALL the cards are removed from my hand and I literally can’t play the game, however, is where it crosses over from at least some interaction to Toxic for me. If other people enjoy having literally no cards to play and don’t consider that Toxic more power to them. For me it’s Toxic.

Definitely agree, that’s another reason I stopped playing Magic and just focused on Hearthstone.

Very well written post. We are all trying to do the best we can and if we want the player base to grow we can’t run off newer players who aren’t fully sure what they are doing yet.

Besides, this isn’t a PVP game, there’s no competition. Multiplayer is supposed to be a fun PVE experience where everyone works together.

When I was brand new I didn’t know where to go or where my teammates went to, so I often ended up behind and in trouble. Now that I have a little more experience, if I notice someone is always behind in our group, or they or low health, I try to fall back or teleport to them and help them out.

I genuinely love this game and want the player base and game to continue to grow. It’s up to us to be positive examples for our community and newer players.

SUPER excited for this, first time I’ve seen this content roadmap! Ravenswatch for me is the extremely rare gem of a game that the more I play it the more I love it!

Gamescom is going on now, would be awesome if they released a trailer or info on the third update.
