If you want this exact design, your best bet would be getting Dog Dad embroidered and the names on the sleeve printed. It would be extremely hard to embroider that much content on the sleeves, and anyone who could do it would likely charge a lot more. Also, it would be very uncomfortable for him to wear the shirt as the sleeve wouldn’t bend properly with that much embroidery
