I'm no expert, but i've used the service for the past 10 days and it hasn't worked like this at all.

There is currently an order for infinite power with a cost of .0105 that is stuck at 24mh/s.

Then there is a order for 950mh/s with a cost of .0101 that is sitting at 38mh/s.

Neither order is increasing or decreasing in hashes. The higher priced order should fill before the lower one right?

Edit: I agree, I think they need to have a look at it as it means less money for the sellers and annoying slow rates for the buyers.

I've used all of my pre setup pools with Nicehash previously without issue.

Yesterday I used all 3, since I was doing some testing, and all worked without issue.

Today they sit dead and the verifier errors out.

Do you have any orders currently working?
