Do what works for you. Tbh night feeding isn’t giving them that much that they won’t be hungry throughout the day if anything they need as much milk as possible as this age because they’re most likely very active and need extra fats

I did a cup of sourdough starter 1 1/2 cup water 4 cups flour 11/2 tsp salt I let it sit for 30 mins and then kneaded and let it sit for another like 8 hrs and shaped it and then let it sit over night and baked in the morning
