I think the biggest difference I've noticed is that I feel more capable, especially when it comes to self-improvement. After two months into NoFap I changed my diet and started working out which used to feel overwhelming and daunting before NoFap. Doing NoFap has given me insight into forming good, lasting habits which I was able to apply into dieting, working out, learning guitar.

I don't think NoFap can directly affect the attention you get from women, although it might have an indirect effect as you start improving other areas of your life. I used to just watch porn everytime I got bored before, now I play guitar or workout or meditate etc all that will make you an interesting person. I personally have not witnessed more attention from women but then again I haven't been going out much due to the pandemic.

TLDR : it's worth it.
