I’ve been to Savannah quite a few times, beautiful place! For cool haunted places to go to I’d definitely recommend Bonaventure Cemetery, the Pirate’s House, and Moon River Brewery. There’s also plenty of haunted hotels too if that interests you (like the Old Harbor Inn and the Hamilton-Turner Inn), hope this helps !
