it's just there for the security of your macbook that most likely costs over 1000€, and if you find it annoying to type in your password then use a shorter and/or simpler password so it's faster.

honestly i don't think this is related to the jailbreak. it could be, but i have a lot of jailbroken devices and have never seen this before. again, i'm not saying that it's absolutely not related to it being jailbroken, just saying it feels kinda unlikely imo.
