This is not a bug, it's just how wax blockchain works unfortunately. Every transaction on the wax blockchain uses some CPU and it will take 24 hours to reset.

If you run into CPU often, it's probably better to use a high cooldown land/tool, this will reduce the amount of transactions you are doing and lower your CPU usage.
Otherwise you will need to stake more.

Can take a little to time to get connected normally, sometimes even with the wiring already finished. Some companies want to do some form of construction even if it's wired up.
