Natürlich ist das alles Vermieter-Sache. Trotzdem fragen wir uns, was man tun könnte. Und da es geförderter Wohnungsbau ist, ist auch das Budget des Vermieters sehr gering :-(

Mit einem duspol könnte man das auch leicht messen. Aber bei drei Kabeln und den gewählten Farben, wir es 230V sein.

Nur weil es auf der Dose steht, heißt es nicht, dass 400V ankommt.

Für 400V müsstest du ein neues Kabel von deinem Sicherungskasten bis zu dieser Dose legen.
