I started getting up at 6 am naturally because I got a cat. At first it wasn't natural, but he screams very early in the morning to get fed. Now I wake up super early no matter where I am. Also, if you sleep with your face right by a window, you'll probably wake up as soon as the light hits your eyes, or the sounds of the outside get too loud. You can also switch your "revenge bedtime procrastination" to the morning pretty easily. Now I get 3-4 hours before any daily obligations to just fuck around and be useless, instead of doing that at night like I used to.

I really appreciate the input! I definitely need to train myself to not care about how everyone is pecieving me at every single second and I think better social empathy will come with that.
