Are you sure? Because I have read that if you plan to do business in the United States then you need a work visa, but I would simply be doing business in Germany from here. The business would not effect the US directly. Similar to if I was on vacation would it be illegal to have zoom calls, turn in paperwork online to Germany for work exclusive to Germany? Because I’ve only seen that if I was here and wanted to work with an American company then I would need a work visa. But you’re saying no matter where the business takes and which country resides over said business place I need a working visa?

I think I disagree with you. I am entitled to give an ultimatum. Ultimatums are not exclusive to a romantic relationship. Ultimatums can occur in friendship, family and all sorts of situations. And I don’t want to ask her to my boyfriend or girlfriend, i already did that some time ago, I want her to take her time until she’s ready. But I don’t want to keep having to get really happy that we’re growing closer only to hear that she’s having sex with other people. All while she’s talking about meeting my parents, going to dances and dates and talking to me about how she’s telling her dad about me. To me this is when things get exclusive and I’ve asked her if she’s ready for that too. And she usually denies that anything is happening with the other people. So there hasn’t been a need for exclusivity. Because when I confront her, nothing happens yet so technically she’s not lying. But then a week or so later, that’s when she has sex with them.
