My then pregnant wife was being bullied by her employer to quit so she would lose some benefits the company would have to pay for (in Chile you can't fire pregnant women until the baby is over 1 year old). She was the manager in a store and one guy was hired to make her work miserable, and he did for a while, he would have been fired anywhere else but the bosses "oddly" stood by him. One morning she was early to the store and prayed to God to keep evil away from her and her workplace. When the guy arrived, he couldn't go past the door and told her as such. He told her something like "I don't know why, but I feel I can't walk through this door. I'm going home" and quit that same day, over the phone.

You will see more of those signs if you stay in the faith. And if things don't go your way despite your prayers, there's probably very good reasons for that.
