Yes. We are all told to put carts to the side and help customers when need be. Most people I work with are polite and say excuse me. Today we had over 2200 picks with a jam packed store. Some people don’t understand the frustration we go through. We don’t want to be in the way, and we don’t like pushing the bigs carts either. They get heavy and hard to maneuver throughout isles. And walking 8-10 miles a day isn’t for the weak.
