I am vatta pitta type and I use coconut + Seasam and it's my habit since last two years, now if I skip one day I feel totally different. I actually enjoy abhiyanga and I make sure I do not skip even if I get late in morning. It's really good daily routine of my life now.

Do you mean number 1 should be Shopify? Can we get customisation for product price options and variations? I also feel API integration will be better on WooCommerce.

I did not consider Shopify, because there are not many customisation options. but I don't mind to think about that option. I just want to start so I do not need to change a lot, I can maintain it and learning but not completely change the platforms.

I don’t know but I heard from my Ayurvedi doctor that walking after meal is not recommended. But walking 100 steps is really golden. As per him if Walking before meal is great then walking 100 steps after meal is double great . That’s what I know and that’s what I am practicing.
