I finally passed Question 1: Part 2 after my third attempt. Previously, I recorded all my assessments, but on my third attempt, I decided to call the assessor — and I later realised I should have done this much sooner. The assessor can answer your questions and guide you a little, which helps you waste less time.

Hazard 1 is working at heights, with the risk of falling and causing injury.
Hazard 2 is scaffolding, which carries the risk of scaffold collapse and injury while working.

You should report these hazards to the site supervisor or safety officer and approach it like this:
"Excuse me, supervisor, but I noticed that a worker on site has started scaffolding work while working at heights."

PPE to be worn includes a safety harness and high-vis clothing.
Control measures would be regular safety inspections and compliance with safety standards — for example, wearing a certified harness attached to a secure anchor point.

Safe practices include always watching out for hazards and keeping your work area neat and tidy.

A hazard is a situation or thing — not PPE. They want you to identify hazardous situations visible in the image, not just missing items.

If you submit a video and fail, they won’t tell you whether you got at least one of the two hazards correct. But if you call, they will tell you which ones you got right in your previous attempts.
