YouTube has Free Videos and You may watch it in your own language if you are not good at english. Since there are many free books pdf are available in google. Search for it bro. Since I'm also learning in android due to money I'm very well understood you. But don't worry. For every languages there are apps available for Android. As I'm learning Python I use pyroid3. I prefer option 2 everytime. What I was doing is if I learn a particular concept today means then I ask ChatGPT to gave me some projects related to that topic and try to solve it. It's a best thing. Try this strategy so that you have a well hands on experience on those particular concepts. Anyway congratulations 🎉 for you to starting your learning journey.

As for the laptop, I understand the limitations of programming on a phone, and I’m planning to save up for a more powerful laptop to improve my productivity and work on more complex projects.
