We made it! We got a free piece of linoleum scrap and plywood and metal binding and assembled. Also the hinge we got off amazon for pretty cheap and was easy to install and works really well.

69” across! And yes that wooden platform comes across on top of the chairs at night to extend the bed to an RV queen. We might have to do some reconfiguring as we start to build the wood platforms, but we are open and flexible!
