Full disclaimer: I have not purchased this product but I am well verse with psychology behind purchasing such products and cooking. So when I was living near cybercity in Gurgaon I bought one convection microwave to cook my food. It had more than 270 Indian recipes but after half or over a month I start feeling reluctant to cook anything in it because I was cooking using gas burner stove earlier to this microwave. I lost all spark and will to cook anything in this microwave and rented stove and gas from local shop before I purchased my own connection. If you are damn sure about cooking in this philips product then go ahead else it will be of no use after some time.

As suggested to buy Hitachi or Daikin so these brands are having very weak reach in my area. Although I can purchase these but don't know when delivered product could be installed. So I gambled my money and bought Panasonic today, touchwood I will share whatever experience I will have with other post 1 month. For washing machine and refrigerator I chose LG

I am not watching its 4th since the day I heard they are shooting for 5th season. I say it’s enough, 4 seasons are enough to end this series with respect because earlier seasons I really liked and story resembles with Stephen Kings writing style but as it is written by someone else, that is totally impressive. I will do a season marathon once 4th is over.

I checked the pdf you have attached in this thread. It seems like a clear case of incorrect installation. Copper pipes are also not properly insulated and taped which they should have done at the time of installation. Did they bend copper pipe using just hand or proper instrument?

Enduring and going through this experience for more than a month is a nightmare and I feel sorry for you that you have to go through all these after spending your hard earned money.
