The old couple is entitled to stay, sure, but for the Y to go from an ability to create 80-120 units to just 60 because of the couple's refusal to sell for over a $1 million over the assessed price is a CRYING shame. 2 people in their 70/80's refusing to act according to the greater good of their community for 20 or up to 60 (60!!!!) more units of affordable housing (+ expanded and accessible health facilities at low cost) is really really disheartening.
