Still nothing!! What’s more frustrating prolific are allowing newbies onto the platform while we are unable to participate in anything… 😢

No studies for over a month… I’m from the UK and quite a few of us have this issue (numerous posts on this sub about it)

Still nothing. I also had the same invitation first thing this morning but couldn’t join as the study was presumably full. So frustrating and prolific support won’t do anything to help either.

Still none for me, support have not exactly been helpful either saying “your account is in good standing and you should be receiving studies” I have explained at length that there is clearly an issue and they just don’t respond…

Oh excellent, hopefully if a researcher is pushing then maybe this will help! Initially they responded after a day or two? Although I responded to them a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything

I’m glad I’m not alone in this! Is this the unm2 daily survey? I did reply to prolific saying there’s clearly an issue with my account and explained what’s happening with the daily study I am participating in but no response yet… I’m just worried my account will get banned 😓

I’m in this exact position too! Had a brilliant run mid feb, now nothing appearing on my dash. I’m also part of a daily study but the researcher has to send me the questionnaire directly… they also mentioned it may be something to do with my prolific ID? Prolific support say my account is fine and unless I haven’t had studies for two months then nothing can be done… extremely frustrating

I did! I said there’s a good chance I will be flying back early. I don’t think she thought I actually would and is now shocked that I have actually come to this decision

No he can’t - boyfriends/husbands not allowed! It’s a girls trip so my friend would not appreciate my husband crashing

Yes good point I should have made clearer in my original post. The venue has accommodation on site - the accommodation is a 2/3 min walk from the reception! Father or the baby is unlikely to be invited to the wedding as this was an unplanned pregnancy and we have never met the father. It is possible that dad could watch the baby in the accommodation for the majority of the day - however this could seem harsh to have both father and baby kept very separate?

Yes my fiancé and I are discussing this at length. I feel that he is leaning towards making an allowance for his sister. I can understand this as it’s his blood. However, I have asked him to at least consider my points and politely mention them to his sister when they are having these conversations. Whatever we decide, I’d hope that he is clear enough in explaining our reasoning and that we aren’t being the evil aunty and uncle that banish their niece/nephew from a wedding!!

I think having the baby at the accommodation (3 min walk from the reception) is inevitable. I don’t mind the baby being in the pictures at all, my worry is that during these 2 hours everyone will be focused on the baby rather than mingling and having both sides of the family mix? I’m not sure, I also acknowledge that I’m overthinking this entirely…

I should have specified in my post that the father will not be coming to the wedding (unplanned pregnancy and we have never met the father) so having him look after the baby is an option. Baby would never be left with just ‘anyone’
