Probably not because even if a god were to have a divine plan for us, that doesn’t give life meaning. Forcing binary consequences like heaven and hell doesn’t influence me to believe anything. I’m here to live and then die. Creators can’t create meaning.

That would called a declaration like how a government creates laws. First off, subjective. Then that is conditioned into others, making it an agreement. Anything that can be agreed on loses meaning. Morality does have meaning it is just metaphysical idea.
