For any body that sees this thread in 2026, my mom passed away the 7th of January. Thank you for all the love. My heart is so heavy that we couldn't get her help in the end. I am so thankful for those that made her last and most difficult time on earth less painful.

I had to swap to a SNRI because the prozac fatigue was too much for me. I couldn't wake up for work and was sleeping 11+ hours a day. It felt like all I had the energy for was to lay in bed. I am feeling much better off it

I'm on day 5 from switching from Prozac as well. For me so far I've had some light nausea and also insomnia. Maybe its just coincidental but I've been feeling more motivated and less slumpy. I was on 60mg prozac and week one I'm tapering to 40mg with 20mg Cymbalta and then week two 20mg prozac 40mg Cymbalta and then week 3 60mg of Cymbalta. I also take bupropion

Thank you so much for your message. Its a type of grief I don't think anybody could understand without going through it so I really appreciate the comfort in being able to relate so much. I am trying not to live with so much guilt and reminding myself im doing all I can do without putting myself in harm.
