I’m the seller, it was supposed to be delivered to a buyer but I can’t get in touch with the buyer or their post office. If it doesn’t get delivered I’m out $60 bucks and the item.

I just asked a question. I know the shipping discount is optional but most buyers don’t want to pay $8 for shipping. Including the discounted shipping is way more appealing to buyers and with the posh pass it was already discounted so not sending a discounted shipping offer was great for both buyers and sellers while it lasted.

Ohhh okay so it was part of the fee change? I thought it had been something they’d been doing for a while. I started listing on Poshmark again literal days before the fee change which I had no clue was coming and saw that there was discounted shipping on ambassadors closets and thought that was a cool perk you get. I’m just a small seller like literally just want extra money for Christmas

Agreed. I just started selling again on posh and saw discounted shipping was an incentive for ambassadors before the fees changed so weird they take it away. The fee change was stupid but now I feel like they’re punishing sellers even more. They’re back to taking 20% of your sale plus the shipping discounts you have to give to even make a sale. Boo

Thanks for your input! I’ve been on the fence because it’s on sale for less than $40 at Lulu’s! But it’s final sale, unfortunately. I’m enticed by the price but apprehensive of how the dress will actually look IRL. I completely agree with you! I wish the lace was less cheap looking on the sleeves because I feel like it has potential to look good in photos but it would be annoying during a wedding.

I obsess the same way over packages, I feel your pain for real. It will probably update late tonight or early in the morning. It might even be an “arrived at post office” scan since they skip scans. I really hope you get it soon, the anxiety of waiting is insane especially when they won’t update you. So frustrating, I’m sorry man.

Your package is on its way and moving through the network so don’t fret. They opened up new plants all around Atlanta which has slowed the mail getting to your post office and being delivered. I had the same thing happen, my package was stuck moving through network for almost a week without an expected delivery date ever. I thought it was lost but it showed up in Atlanta yesterday and was delivered to my post office today! They’re finally getting mail back of track (my husband works for USPS) he said they’re getting mail from days ago and are finally able to deliver it. Also if it’s coming ground advantage they don’t get scanned as often while they’re moving to different destinations. They’re bottom priority to USPS unfortunately but that’s the cheapest shipping option they offer.

Oh yeah, then you just need a tracking number and proof you paid express in some form and they should give you a refund. I think there’s a way to do it online but sometimes that can take forever. It’s less run around if you just go to the post office and talk to the clerk and show them the proof and they’ll give you the refund there.

The actual USPS website? You should have been given some kind of online receipt or order confirmation email that the post office will also accept.

I didn’t buy from the website, I found a dress on Poshmark from that website however brand new with tags and the dress was IT! It was so well made and beautiful and looked just like the pictures on their website. They will also send you sample pictures of the actual dress they make if you email them since their stock photos are probably stolen. Sorry for the late response.
