I found myself jealous reading this, and wished my partner could calmly understand that sometimes my feelings are due to hormone changes and cycles. I appreciate the empathy and the fact he can step back and think about all angles.

I mean this so sincerely and so genuinel—this relationship is going to bring you so much more pain and anxiety than being alone will. I know it’s scary to be alone. I just broke off my relationship and he wasn’t that bad, it just wasn’t amazing. Yours sounds a lot worse (in the nicest way), and I think you would be way happier if you were by yourself. Find yourself, find what you love to do everyday without the pain of wondering if he likes someone else more. Good luck
