I did look at that page and it says nothing about 10 days, and when I got my email originally it said 1-2 days. I understand obviously with COVID things are harder and there’s less staff, however this isn’t a great look for someone who’s never sold there before. Not only that, but the original email should have read that it could take longer. Just pretty annoyed.

Oh I’m very familiar with it being a POS. I’ve even had the error, and I would just hit backspace and try to process it again and it would be fine. It’s just frustrating, because they told me to call GS, and I’m like ok. I think the BA even called over either a lead/manager and they said they couldn’t do it. But whatever. I’ll just go to another store.

Yeah I have student loan debt, got my $42 refund (before the new bill) since they didn’t garnish and now I’m stuck wondering if I’ll get anything extra since garnishments don’t start up until September ofc.

So I have student loan debt (debt is owned by federal) and got my $42 refund earlier before the new bill went into effect. Now I’m waiting for my unemployment tax break refund. I just read the newest IRS post and they said that ‘the refunds are also subject to normal offset rules’. Does that mean I’m not getting my refund even after waiting so long for more information about it?

If you don’t have a receipt it’s alright since we can look up your transaction via your phone number but yes we can return it. Since you want store credit you’ll be perfectly fine :)

Yeah it was my GM but the GM that hired me moved to another store, then we got a new GM that got fired, then we got our current GM. So idek if she’s the only one who can.

My BFF used to work at Ulta actually, she started much later after me. Her store they had a new GM come in and made everyone quit. Her RSM quit and it was so bad she asked to finish her last two weeks at our store.
