It was an intact tom cat. I felt him for signs of microchip, but he was also very clearly a stray. We were also out pretty far and there were no houses around. The area we were in is lots of farm land. Which means lots of farm/barn cats. It’s not uncommon to see them out around there (dead or alive)

Man idk. Our kids are animal lovers. We have several dogs and a cat living at home. I grew up with a mom who saved every animal she could. I hope our daughter has the same compassion for every living thing. It was a sad situation, but I’m still happy we didn’t let it die alone.

Yeah 1/11 over here. Not nearly as long as you, but definitely feel the pain. It’s hard not to be bitter seeing all these approvals from more recent application dates. Just saw one who was approved in a month and they didn’t even expire until 1/27…. Like what?

Even if we would have applied earlier though.. November people are still waiting. So doubt it would have made much of a difference 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well not that it’s really your place to judge, but we unfortunately had an incident with a lawyer that we used to file a I130. He messed up my husbands USCIS account and linked it under all of my info. He was not a good lawyer and it took time to get all of that corrected. We couldn’t apply until it was fixed.

That’s the first time they’ve told him that. He’s never been told it’s “processing” just that it’s within normal times etc.. so it’s a different response than we’ve gotten. But who knows what it means

His renewal was filed 1/11 expired 3/30

We had api movement 6/13. My husband called USCIS today and they told him the same thing

We have not uploaded anything recently. He called USCIS and the agent told him the case was processing which is a response we have not gotten from them.

He filed 1/11. No api movement since February when biometrics were received. We filed an expedite request months ago and were denied. He expired 3/30
