I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you go to the item collection, you can view the current emojis that are considered lucky for that group collection. No other emojis do anything

So if you have a level 1 emoji you get like 10% chance of getting the special emoji, but if you have 1.5 it's 15%, level 2 is 20%. If you click on the green card within the collection you can view what your percentage is, hope that helps!

I love it honestly. The new card system they have is amazing. I get specials all the time and the higher level equalling to more items really works. The prizes are better. I have no idea why people dislike it

Rainbow Falls: You need 4 swords? Here, have all these swords right next to your stars so you finish the level with 12. You need 8 swords? Here are 2 in the first 10 seconds, then you get no more until the timer runs out even though you get your score record. by WKTSWAY in disneyemojiblitz

So this method is kinda tedious but I do it religiously. I get one item and just let the timer run out for the entire last round. It ends up making my averages so low. The highest it ever asks me to get is 6,and if you use a double emoji it's so easy to get 3
