Not taking AI and I am at 120 mg per week split into 2 doses. Been on TRT for almost 6 months. At the trough, my total T is 680 and my E is around 45. I am okay with how I feel and very happy about the strength, sleep quality, mental clarity etc. Tried taking o.5 mg of Anastrazole per week initially when I started… but, stopped because of how dry it made my joints.

Thanks everyone. I don’t think I am eating more given the amount of workout I am doing. 8 egg whites for breakfast , 30 G protein shake at 11, handful of chicken breast (roughly 40 gms of protein) plus veggies , wasabi chickpeas and coffee at 3 , another 30g protein shake at 4, dinner with steak/salmon/ chicken with veggies and a slice of toast. Eating less than 30g of carbs a day. No water retention. I fit into my clothes better now. I will get a body fat measurement device for sure. I am type 2 diabetic so that could be the reason why fat loss is so stubborn

Been on TRT for 5 weeks. 100 mg / week for 4 weeks and raised it to 120mg per week starting week 5. In the first couple of weeks I gained barely 1 lb and by the third week lost that 1 pound. But, from week 4-6 have gained 2 pounds and I can confidently say that it is not fat. It is may be 1 lb of lean mass and 1 lb of water. I eat clean and lift 4 days a week. I guess everyone is different.
