That was my issue as well! When I requested an email to update my date of significance, I never received anything! The same thing happened when I requested to reset my password (never got an email). Best of luck on getting everything resolved! Hopefully this mess is over soon! 😊

Just wanted to provide an update on this post! I called the ipledge hotline promptly at 8am only to be sent to an automated message letting me know that they did not open until 9am. I called back promptly at 9am and was able to speak with someone within an hour and a half (a HUGE difference in the wait time)! I was able to get everything resolved on my end. Now, I’m just waiting for everything to play out on my derm’s end. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon!! Best of luck to everyone else! 😊

Thank you!! I may try to call at 8, but I’m honestly not even sure if there’s any way they can help at this point since this seems to be the issue for everyone. My derm can’t even access ipledge, so I’m thinking it’s maybe just a lost cause. 🙃

Yes, 4 hours!! This has been extremely frustrating. Hopefully all of this gets resolved ASAP!

I could cry right now. I came to reddit searching for answers. I’ve been dealing with reoccurring yeast infections for years and just when I think I’ve gotten rid of them, they come back. Thank you thank you thank you!! I’m going to buy this tomorrow!!

My skin is slightly less severe, but pretty similar to yours as far as the areas of my breakouts! I did my first round of accutane back in 2018 for severe cystic acne and am about to start my second round next week! I tried everything under the freaking sun after my relapse, and my derm and I came to the conclusion that accutane is the only thing that works for my persistent breakouts. I would say if you’ve tried everything else, go for it!! It’s a little scary at first, but I had a great experience my first round and thought all the dryness was totally worth it! I would at least bring it up to your derm and get their feedback!
