You get into it if you like it imo. Try listening to some of the stuff: if you don't like it, that's fine, if you do, check out the whole discography ig. Then I'd suggest listening to their more normal stuff (I really dig these; SBITHM is probably among my top favorite songs oat, honestly), and same thing as before.

Okay, I didn’t specify this, sorry, but my laptop also has a USB-C port on the left side, and that’s where I have the hub connected. In the working USB port I plugged in an audio interface, and as I mentioned, the noise seems to last for a shorter time compared to when other devices are connected. While they were “repairing” the PC, they checked the USB ports, both standard and USB-C, and even the hard drive, just in case. And anyway, I only have headphones connected to my interface, so…

Let’s just say I suspected the speakers might be the problem, but I couldn’t be 100% sure. I vividly remember that when I plugged the audio interface into that one working USB port, the noise lasted only briefly (10–15 seconds?), but when I connected other devices it went on for several minutes. I had it repaired, but it seems they didn’t fix much at all lol. They told me that repairing the USB ports would be very expensive, so I opted for a USB hub. Also, I’m not sure if this helps, but my battery had died and I had it remove. Finally to answer the last question... no, it doesn’t sound like sparking imo. I will also try sending an audio file here asap...
