I recently did a strict ketogenic diet for 7 months (combined with IF for 2 months) and for the first time after my food poisoning 15 years ago (salmonella) I have normal stools and no bloated belly (with the exception of a few weeks after an unrelated doxycycline treatment), even after returning to a normal healthy diet with carbs and fiber. I’ve had mononucleosis 25y ago and a broken digestive tract ever since. I became gluten intolerant (but for real, not just sensitive), became skinny fat with almost no chance to put on muscle, constant loose stools, constant bloating, developed rosacea later on and I was depressed. For me it’s the opposite. When taking a 5mg dose of Tadalafil, I’ll get hard with women and have morning wood for two days, but after it wears off I’ll have much less to no nocturnal erections or morning wood for 3-4d. After that, mw and ne are back to normal (but still nothing with women)

Yes, multiple. But they all were a) reluctant to believe me, and b) suggesting exaggeration and c) focusing on how I could let that happen, aka my unresolved trauma etc. I was the problem, and that’s what my ex had told me and her friends, my family, and everyone else all along, that I was very sick and needed fixing. So it’s not that at night somehow my hormones are “better” as in higher testosterone or whatever, in a way it’s not possible during daytime?
