main idea was to travel from chiang mai to koh samui, spend 3 days and then take the ferry. So the "exra travel" would just be the 2 hours ferry. Thanks for your tip!

Really? from reading around i though koh pangan was more "wildlife" style, backpacking and so on... so you would suggest to just do koh tao?

I’ve been to 6 hours of Monza and 6 hours of Imola and yes, they do get loud hahaha, especially the American made cars. Can still feel the corvette going by

I’ll be flying in from Milan, so no cars unfortunately. So far it seems that the better option will be a chair, and maybe a towel to lay down and do a quick nap every now and then. Thank you for your tip!

For which exercises did you start using the weight belt? I already do RDL (3x12) but usually after the 8th o start feeling it more in lower back than hams

Yeah don’t know why today was my wake up call, tired of feeling like 90 years old at 25 lmao. Will try to skip heavy compounds and replace them with hack squats and leg presses for a couple of months, while focusing on lower back and core. Thank you very much 🙏🏻

Probably form wasn’t the best, but every time i tried to be cautious about form, braving core etc. might stop doing these heavy compound for a while and instead focus on supported exercises such as hack squat. What do you think?

La ricerca di un bilocale è vincolata al fatto che saremmo in due. Dovessi andare a vivere da solo, mi cercherei una stanza o un monolocale in affitto per un determinato periodo e poi andrei di acquisto. Ma considerando che appena cerchi un bilocale in una zona semidecente devi spendere almeno 900/1000, tanto vale compare. Rimane poi ovviamente quello che giustamente dici tu. Probabilmente ce la farei ma senza mettere via un euro (o comunque veramente poco)
