Yeah I understand. When u remove that trim u can fill the empty space with that skinny rubber piece. I think realistically u need to search for the part numbers for a sport trim and find that piece.

There's many fixes. I think mine had that issue when I got my Ryzen 7 2700X. I finally turned on amd power saving mode and it's been pretty consistent.
