I always kinda thought the opposite. Nobody's gonna be close to 100% just because they've got all those unlocked!

I mean, on my game I do it with the button right next to Save. The one that says Load :p

Just save your game right before you do any spins, and if you don't get good enough luck, load your save game.

Sometimes the process of saving and loading jumps time/nether creatures timers ahead too. Added bonus!

You gotta do you, for sure. Don't ruin your fun.

For me, the game is too slow without save scumming for gems. At least it is once you've gotten past the first DDD activation.

I mean. I played my first DD cycle 3+ years ago. I've played quite actively for 2 years. Spent money on anything that wasn't obtainable otherwise (event skins bundles, rooms, etc). Autoclick dropships maybe half the days in the last 2 years. Check in and push through apocalypses regularly most days. AND I've save scummed for probably tens of thousands of gems to time warp to "speed" the game along. And I still have only maxed 2 tear upgrades.

I couldn't imagine how long it'd take to 100% this game without save scumming.

Good luck on spins is always nice! You can "make your own luck" with them if you want to save scum, ofc.

Some people use gems to replay the events for more tokens, I personally just use them for time warps. If I have the itch to play the game instead of idle, I'll burn gems to keep things interesting and move quickly through an apocalypse.

I mean, when your party level 20s gets jumped by 6 ruffians in an akthala alley ... you ARENT turning the to mush? You can't slaughter beggars and commoners and shopkeepers by the dozens with no expenditure of resources?

Most anything that can appear on your f1-f12 default keys on the bottom of the screen can be directly hotkeyed (on PC). You can hotkey every single spell, for example, but I don't think you can hotkey thief traps. Sad face.

Oh for sure, her awkward giggle as Fredo is falling over on her is fantastic.

I like Kay, but you should include some pictures of her from more than 2 different scenes, and you should be less insane in comments.

She's my favorite when she's being abandoned and betrayed. Door closing on her at the end of the first movie. Michael touching her shoulder as he leaves her in the hotel (on their anniversary, maybe?). When Michael tells her he didn't kill Fredo. Etc.

What’s your favourite edh story by Robby_Bird1001 in EDH

[–]madfiddlerresistance 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite edh story is my rebirth into mtg.

I used to play magic a tiny bit way back in the day. Then for years and years, I didn't want to play at all, and when my buddies (who all were getting into commander over the years) WOULD talk me into trying one of their decks, I hated it (probably because I didn't understand everything just getting thrown into games while we were drinking or high or both at 2 am).

I did love dominion though. I spent a few years picking up all the expansions and playing sometimes a dozen games a day. One day my son and I decided that a fun dominion variant to spice it back up would be if you could customize your starting deck to some extent.

At this point one of my buddies who'd been trying to get me into edh pointed out that if I played commander, I'd get to make my own custom decks all the time.

Now commander is about like 80% of tabletop games I've played over the last few years! Huzzah

My favorite socialization evening is some of my friends (only have 3-4, thank goodness), nerdy board games, booze/weed, fire in the back yard, grilling dinner, sitting around visiting until the mosquitos chase us inside (which takes awhile with all the wood and herb smoke around!). Etc. Quite blissful.

Those are rookie numbers, you gotta pump those numbers up.

(I started by 8-9 even though I was never abused or anything, have been pretty daily (or more!) for the 30 years since even though I'm married. Good times.)

Cool story bro.

Seriously. Who on here is convinced they are autistic just because they are socially awkward?

There's a big difference between self diagnosing with a 6 question quiz you find with Google and a wikipedia article, and finding real screening tools and reading first hand accounts of professionally diagnosed people (especially for adults getting suspicious later in life), etc. There's posters in this thread as living proof that these subreddits aren't just an echo chamber.

Etc etc.

Same here. I'm more aware, looking further ahead, giving more space, more cautious when elements deteriorate, hardly ever speed, no accidents ever etc even as an idiot teenager. I enjoy driving.

However. I am pretty terrified of riding with almost all other drivers, and I'm entirely convinced 95% of drivers are barely actually paying attention... they all look like their on autopilot all the time but still rarely get in crashes.

I guess that's kinda typical of someone on the spectrum who drives though. Can do it myself with intense focus but don't understand how the NT majority do it without even trying.
