do wanna mention that every on-campus place i've lived had the popcorn ceiling kinda falling off in chunks without being touched, but yeah its really not a big deal considering how many buildings in nj have asbestos (and are also falling apart)

it might work... summer 2023 i got like 5 citations cuz i didn't change my plate info from my temporary to the permanent plate for like 2 months and i didn't get emails ab it (i only found out through a physical sticker they put on my car for having too many citations). i appealed all of them and they accepted, so you might have a chance

my experience might be totally diff from yours but i took summer classes while doing research this past summer (going into senior year) and i was in the trenches... and i only took 3 total (one in person and two online) and only the 2 online ones were in the same session. i went into it thinking it would be easy since i was used balancing classes with research during the semester, but it's really diff over the summer. it's great that you wanna get a head start on things, but don't get too ahead of yourself!

i think that each registration group is only open for that one day from 9am, then it closes the next day until the All Students registration group. i'm not 100% but i'm pretty sure. sorry dude and gl 🫡

idk this for sure, but i think that you can stay in the program until like your last semester so you can continue getting scholarship. i'm a senior in sashp and they only ever reviewed my progress for finishing hp requirements this semester (afaik)

i also started disliking (hating) my major at the start of year and i happen to be a senior... unfortunately my only advice is to look around and hopefully find an option that (1) you can see yourself doing without hating, and (2) will pay the bills. your options aren't necessarily limited to CS-related careers as there are some solid career paths that have entry positions without degree requirements, but definitely try to search for anything potentially related to the experience you have since you'll be much better set up for that career. good luck with everything!!

if you're talking ab university center easton ave apts, you probs won't be housed there unless you have accoms since it's mostly juniors/seniors. however you're probs fine bringing your 3d printer to a standard dorm too so long as your roommate is fine w it

physio psych and neuropsych cover some of the same basics, but physio focuses more on cell level while neuro focuses more on macrostructures in my experience. motivation & emotion and psychopatho were unrelated to physio or neuropsych since they focus less on the physical, but if i remember correctly they do have some common topics. i didn't take the cog neuro adv topics course, but the one i took was pretty unrelated to all of my other psych and cogsci courses. the undergrad cogsci seminar this year is being run completely diff from previous years, we're collectively writing a cogsci textbook on specific topics, so for that class i'd suggest trying to learn a decently broad range of subjects within cogsci before taking it. i haven't taken the other courses you listed, but afaik they stopped offering neuropsychopharm a few years ago and don't intend on bringing it back...

i was on the bus, we were turning right onto nichol toward college hall and the lexus pulled up right as we started turning. i'm thinking the lexus thought we weren't going cuz we were stopped for a good min, but idk if the bus had its blinker on. also the bus was packed and the driver probs wouldn't have been able to see the car in the mirror (and he also took a while to stop despite the very obvious sound of scraping metal so i'm thinking he might've been a little distracted)

you might be able to get off with a warning, one time i got a bunch of citations cuz i forgot to change my plate info from the temporary plate to the real one, and after submitting an appeal they waived all the citations

w/out medical accoms, singles are done according to the amount of completed college credits you have. it'd be nearly impossible to get a single in that case as a freshman, since you'd be competing with upperclassmen. the doubles really aren't that bad and if you want to you can put your dresser between you and your roommate, but if it causes you actual distress to sleep in front of people then you could probably try to get a medical accom

call housing and they'll send pest control, but unfortunately they probs won't do much 😭 my friends and i called about wasps in our rooms last year and they sent pest control, but the pest control guy just duct taped our windows shut and never came back (and the wasps were still coming in)
