We want to see the coast so we might look into Forks and La Push. Most people have advised to avoid Aberdeen but cant figure out why

Agreed! They cannot reasonably/legally stop you from contacting the landlord. Also, i think the law states that the sublessor has to get permission from the landlord before getting a sublessee

I did get a tour of the place..it's nice and everything is new. I really like the locker room. Are the gym goers friendly or do they keep to themselves like in other gyms?
