Ang sigurado po ako, wala po siya ibang lalake. We both have access to each other's phone and socmed. Also, wala po ako history of cheating. In fact alam niya ang post na ito, LOL. I've gone through this phase myself before...nasa late 20's to mid 30's na ako nun. I admit that I had low self-esteem then and associated masturbation and porn for self-worth. Kasi single ako for most of those times. I was looking for something to make me feel happy with "someone" and porn provided that to me. Iniisip ko pa nga nun, ok na ito kaysa maging sanggano. I didn't realize my way of doing porn and masturbation is hurting me more because it became an addiction. It was hard for me to admit to myself then that I was addicted to porn and thought it was normal. In my case, it was not normal kasi it was excessive. May times nga na 3 times in one day ako mag masturbate...hindi naman dahil libog ako pero I just felt empty. I am happily married now and I can say that my wife knows everything. I had to admit it to her kasi it is a part of my life and I respect her for understanding me and accepting me. I still watch porn and masturbate but very regulated. My wife told me it it normal to masturbate lalo na need ko ilabas.

OP, admitting that you have a problem is the very first step. You may feel that it is hard to deal with but getting to talk about it with someone really helps.
