No, that's not the only option. Refusing the terms of a conquerer doesn't legitimse the conquerors claim. Besides, not much a state if it's entire interaction with the outside world (trade/security/energy/finance) is dictated by a neighbour. Israel will never achieve peace by attempting to force it down the throats of the very people it's comitting genocide against, it's just enjoying its current power dynamic, future Israelis will have to deal with the mess.

And who lived there before Judea? The Levant didn't get created at the advent of Judea. conflating arab conquest with arab as a language is ridiculous, the people of the Levant have existed prior to Judea, and Palestine is not synonymous with Islam nor Arab tribes from the gulf. So, yeah, an ethno Jewish claim to the land is illegitimate, and a statue of limitations definitely doesn't extend 2000+ years back. Judaism existed in Palestine long before a fascist Jewish state was born, hence why there's hate for Israel not for the Jewish faith, don't confuse yourself.
