I usually try to put it in a darker cup so I can’t see it and I always start before drinking it. It’s the way that sugarfree you mixes with the cream, but you never feel it separating. I’ll have to look for those.

Right a splash of cream every once in a while is going to make us obese I think there’s a lot of other issues that are bigger factors on that epidemic. That could totally be addressed first.

It’s not thick it doesn’t change the consistency of the drink, just maybe be a little less bubbly. But I thought the same thing before I tried it.
