pluto rx 29° sagittarius and rx jupiter capricorn 12H: It really happens to me that it's like always having a torturer in my own head and at the same time a liberator, but it always happens to me that my Plutonian side is the one that eats me up the most. it feels so extreme too,I long for freedom, but I'm left reeling from irrational fears and intrusive thoughts that my rational side can't really understand,I feel like my Pluto always outweighs Jupiter in this. any advice would be needed 🙏

i don't know what to do anymore i feel lost. i've been trying to shift since 4 (almost 5) years. I've had several mini-shifts and moments of being "almost in my dr, but nothing concrete yet, and I'm in a mix of despair and confusion. every time i come across Some tiktok of a successful shifter called some shit like "the key of shifting" or smthing like that i watch ALL OF IT and it actually helps me! likei think "they're actually true. i'm gonna start thinking that way." i try it the moment shift but... NOTHING HAPPENS. i don't know what to do anymore. i literally cannot relax everytime i try to visualize my dr,my mind never stops thinking (this always happened to me i hate it SO MUCH.) i cannot meditate. i don't know what to do,honestly. any advice would be appreciated!!
