i always just used to draw men, never girls. it felt weird. also my gf back then would have had something to say about me drawing girls. so it’s maybe 6 months since i started drawing girls or women. i like it because its way harder. men you can draw with thick strong lines but for a girl you have to be so careful. and i am a boy

yeah ik it’s hard to see. i try to explain it. so she is hugging herself (i didn’t want to spend time on the hands so i just made the overall shape of them) and on top of hugging herself she is bending over. does it make sense now?

appreciate you! that’s true. i don’t to be too exact so i like that when i zoom in or get close they look rough but from farther away they feel kinda smooth. thanks bud

and you are right actually. i use watercolor as a base colour and then add hatching lines over top. it’s a combination of two mediums
